About this space

Your private luxury vacation/event villa, complete with a private chef, full-service staff, pool, spa. With best views of the Banderas Bay! Available for exclusive, private rental, one group at a time has the entire property. The Villa is an intimate place to gather and share special times with family and friends. Minimum 8 suites, up to 16 guests required to book. Capacity of 38 guests in up to 15 total suites, please send an inquiry if you are more than 16 guests, as additional fees will apply. Meals, excursions, extra services, additional fees apply.
The space
5 floors, each with elevator access, pool, hot tub, bars, patios all surrounded by tropical jungle gardens.
There are 15 suites / 38 guest capacity lodging, event capacity 175:
• 12 suites with 1 king / 2 capacity
• 1 suite with 1 king & 2 queens / 6 capacity
• 1 suite with 2 queens & 2 twins / 6 capacity
• 1 suite with 2 twins / 2 capacity
Guest access
The entire Villa will be yours alone, it is your home away from home! Only one group stays at a time, any unrented suites will be locked.
Other things to note
We are high above it all, within walking distance of the Los Muertos Pier, just above the Zona Romantica. With spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas from our Palapa and Pool patios.
If meals are purchased; all meals are prepared onsite in our private Chefs kitchen, with no guest access. For our guests we provide a Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and sink.
Laundry services available at an additional fee.
All costs for lodging, meals and excursions are subject to change. *Booking/deposit secures date and quoted price.
Maximum guest limit on this platform is 16, for additional guests (up to 38) please inquire within.
Minimum nights policy: Low Season: 4 nights - High Season: 5 nights - Holidays: 7 nights
