Traditionelle Kiwi Bach

Kommen Sie nach Pukawa, um an einer Hochzeit in Oreti teilzunehmen, oder suchen Sie nach etwas Entspannung oder Forellenangeln im berĂŒhmten Lake Taupo in Neuseeland oder vielleicht einfach nur nach einem Tag Skifahren? HazyDaze befindet sich in einer ruhigen Bucht, umgeben von einheimischem Busch, und ist ideal zum Entspannen. Hier können Sie eine Runde PĂ©tanque oder Toast Marshmallows ĂŒber dem offenen Feuer genießen oder die FĂŒtterung des Tii beobachten.

Pukawa Bay, am sĂŒdlichen Ende des Lake Taupo gelegen, ist eine ruhige, buschgekleidete Siedlung mit Tonnen von Vögeln, 15 Minuten Fahrt zum berĂŒhmten Fluss Tongariro, 15 Minuten von Turangi Township, 10 Minuten von den natĂŒrlichen heißen BĂ€dern von Tokaanu und 40 Minuten von den Skigebieten am Mt Ruapehu entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Buschwanderungen, ein Restaurant und in Kuratau (5 Autominuten oder 20 Minuten Buschwanderweg) ein GeschĂ€ft, ein Olivenölgut, ein Weingut und Kunstgalerien.

Der Strand ist sicher zum Schwimmen und Kajakfahren mit einer Bootsrampe und viel Platz zum Parken von AnhĂ€ngern. Es gibt einen großen Park zum Trainieren von Hunden oder zum Ballsport.

HazyDaze ist ein traditioneller A-Frame-Bad mit WĂ€rmepumpe, ist also immer gemĂŒtlich, hat einen kleinen "Love-Shack" auf der RĂŒckseite und einen großen, relativ flachen Abschnitt und ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom See und mehreren kleinen BachmĂŒndungen entfernt Fischer. Es gibt einen ĂŒberdachten Parkplatz fĂŒr ein Fahrzeug und Platz fĂŒr mehr.

Es gibt zahlreiche Dinge, die Sie unternehmen können, darunter das Tongariro Crossing, eine der Top-5-Eintageswanderungen der Welt, die Kinder mit zum Forellenbrutplatz, Minigolf, Forellenfischen oder faulenzen im Bach Fensterplatz, verfĂŒgbare Brettspiele spielen oder DVDs ansehen.

Der Besitzer ist ein erfahrener Angler und kann FischausflĂŒge und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten anbieten. Bitte sprechen Sie mit den EigentĂŒmern, wenn Sie an einer dieser Möglichkeiten interessiert sind.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was perfect for our family and even better that we could bring our dog with us. We enjoyed the beautiful birdlife, the quiet neighbourhood and the lovely local walks. Hazy Daze is a lovely old-school family bach that has had a few modernising tweaks to make it comfortable without trying to fundamentally change it. The section around the bach is generous and screened from neighbours by planting. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make delicious meals. The heat pump, carpet, and comfy bed made it really cosy during some chilly weather. We stayed with our dog and all of us enjoyed walking in the bush and lake surrounds.

Relaxing spot

Location perfect, tucked away in privacy but an easy walk to the lake and tracks. The kids loved the bedrooms upstairs, we enjoyed the coziness and unique layout. It was cold in June but the house was warm with the heat pump. Suited our family of five very well.

Magical Cabin Visit

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting cabin and it truly exceeded our expectations! The cabin itself was beautifully appointed, but it was at night that it truly came alive with a magical feel. The stars shone brightly overhead, and the birdlife was absolutely incredible - waking up to the sweet songs of the birds was a highlight of our stay.The cabin was exactly as described online, and the owner was kind communicative and welcoming. We felt right at home and the peacefulness of the surroundings was the perfect antidote to our busy lives.We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back - we're already planning our next visit! 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 stars if we could!

An A frame delight

We give it an A! Great location, quirky and charming A frame bach with great extra cabin. Lots of great features and just as described Di does a fantastic job of informative instructions and helps make you feel at home right away. We had a fantastic long weekend away, with close by bush walks, beaches, boat ramps and comfy beds at the end of each day. Very well appointed with everything you’d ever need plus some great touches that show they’ve been in the hospitality business a while. Easy private off street parking for vehicles and boats.

Great little spot for a summer vacation

The place was great with all the amenities you need. Di was very prompt with answers to all the questions I had. A short walk or a drive leads to the beautiful lake access beach where you can spend the whole summer.

Great stay

The communication with owners was superb. This was the first property we have rented that was well-equipped in the kitchen, with cleaning products and toilet paper & hand wash on arrival - we brought all this anyway but was lovely to have it there after a long trip!!! I loved the birds and native bush! Another mention must be the comfortable beds. Enough room for our boat and kayaks etc. Eating outside was lovely as was being able to bring our wee dog. Thankyou Di, we really loved our stay and will be back!! You have a great bach and our kids loved it as Wifi is a must for them like a washing machine is for me lol.

Wonderful birds and helpful hosts

This was a great place to stay. The hosts were very responsive about answering questions and everything was very well setup when we arrived. The best part was a flock of baby quail that were running around in the yard that we greatly enjoyed watching. Not related to the house but the location is a little far away from restaurants and shops so worth figuring out where you will get your groceries in advance

Holiday at Nee Year

Perfect 30/31 Jan, night of 31 fireworks completely surrounded our secluded house and continued until 2am immediate house to the rear of property.Our small dog became manic and terrified from the rockets. This was from the whole enclave of Pukawa Bay. We were not prepared for this and vacated early 1 Jan. We loved the birdlife and Quaills particularly and think you have a lovely property

My sister's Kuratau wedding weekend

Its a beautiful property in a beautiful location! Especially loved the garden with the native trees. The hostess is marvelous, providing excellent instructions for use of the property. I gave just 4 stars for cleanliness because this is a pet friendly property. We're not really pet folk, so noticed dog hair here and there. Not a problem and we know pet friendly places are scarce for those who need them. However worth mentioning none the less. Thanks so much for a marvelous stay! We'd definitely recommend staying and may visit again soon.

Lovely holiday house

This is a very lovely holiday house, the owner is very friendly and provide very detailed information about check in and check out, all the essential tips for the things to do nearby, and all the Kitchen essentials. Sitting at large deck face to lovely backyard in the morning and evening, very enjoyable!
