The apartment is on the first floor of a semi-detached house, not suitable for the disabled as there are stairs.The house consists of a large living room with sofa and fireplace , a well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with two single beds and two other bedrooms with double bed ; for a total of 8 beds, equipped with a bathroom with shower and one with bathtub , at guests' disposal a washing machine . Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but if guests have access to a terrace equipped for relaxing and also smoking outdoors Additional services include air conditioning and cable television and a parking space.

The house is located a few steps from the center of Pula in Via Santa Croce, this allows you to explore the pretty city center or to reach the beach just 3 km away using either the bus, car or bike.
