This Lumina is perfect for a couple, solo traveler or close friends traveling together. It also has access to all amenities at Flats The Village, including two pools, garden and more.
The Space:
This Lumina is comprised of a 1 full bedroom equipped with a King bed, 1 full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen + living room and balcony. This Lumina has a full washer and dryer to make your stay more comfortable.
As with all our Luminas we offer the fastest internet connection available at the location and a comfortable place to work.
It's the convenience of a home with the reliability of a hotel. A beautiful space that just works 100% of the time.
Guest Access:
Flats has 1 free parking spaces. The access to the property is through a keypad. Code will be provided 24 hours before arrival. We offer 24/7 customer support for all your needs.
The Neighborhood:
Welcome to the Punta Cana Village, a vibrant community far from the hustle of the typical urban districts, but with all the facilities and services of any major urban area, including a retail and dining galleria, banks, dry cleaners, pharmacy, supermarket, medical centers and much more.
Located in the heart of Punta Cana, this location provides easy access to all activities across the Punta Cana area. You can get to the beach in just 8 minutes, enjoy Playa Corales, Playa Blanca or some beach clubs like Club Med.
Though the retail and dining galleria is walking distance from this apartment we recommend renting a car or coordinating ground transport to best enjoy all that Punta Cana has to offer.
Getting Around:
We highly recommend you rent a car to move around. Mobility for foreigners in Punta Cana is not seamless. Taxis are not easily available, very expensive and unreliable. Mobility apps such as Uber/Didi/Lyft are still not common in the area. The best place to pick-up and leave your car is directly at the Punta Cana airport. You can choose to do this upon arrival or later in your trip.
