LOCATION:

Caleton 16 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located at Punta Espada golf course with double golf views of holes 11 and 16 - and the ocean.

Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic and a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide, not to mention a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix movies. Cap Cana stands as a premier destination that offers an array of luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, and world-class facilities that create an idyllic setting for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

The resort offers a wide array of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the Caribbean's finest, and Api Beach Club at the marina. Additionally, you can enjoy Punta Espada, an oceanside golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, renowned for its excellence. Other attractions include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul with kayaks and paddleboards, an equestrian center and polo club, running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park (opened in 2024). The resort also features mini markets, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:

Welcome to Caleton 16, a breathtaking 4-bedroom + studio, 5-bath, 9,000 sq. ft., 2-story villa nestled at Punta Espada golf course, ranked #1 in the Caribbean, offering stunning views of holes 11 & 16 and the Caribbean Sea!

This tropical haven features exquisite woodwork, a traditional Dominican “Cana” palm leaf roof, and soaring ceilings, exuding a truly tropical ambiance.

The villa's indoor living, dining, and kitchen areas blend seamlessly into one open floor plan, allowing the warm breeze to flow through the house. This area, though open-sided with no walls or air-conditioning, stays cool and comfortable thanks to ceiling fans and the palm-leaf roof. Weather curtains can be rolled down in case of rain. Relax in one of several cozy sitting areas or gather around the two dining tables that comfortably seat 10 people.

The TV room, a newer addition to the villa, is a tranquil enclosed space with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and stylish furnishings.

The modern kitchen, complete with an island and a bar counter, offers ample workspace and all the necessary equipment for culinary adventures. However, there's no need to cook, as a private chef is included in the rental (groceries not included).
Step outside to the stunning pool area, complete with a pool, Jacuzzi, and a pool deck with sun loungers. Here, you'll enjoy the best views of the golf course and the ocean, making every moment memorable.

THE BEDROOMS:

Caleton 16 has 4 spacious bedrooms, including 2 primary suites, and a studio (den). There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning!

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary suite occupies the entire top floor of the newer structure, which was added to the villa. This bedroom has 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, desk and chair, a lounge chair with ottoman, closet, ensuite bathroom with double shower, and a private balcony with golf- and ocean views.

Bedroom 2 (downstairs) with 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, sofa sitting area, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 (downstairs): The second primary suite with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, closet, a sofa sitting area, a large ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, and access to the pool area in front.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs studio/TV room) with a sofa bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, sofa and chairs, a bathroom with shower, and access to the pool area.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) with 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a large private balcony with views of the golf course (hole 11).

When you stay at Caleton 16, you can enjoy the following villa amenities:

Access to the exclusive “Caleton Beach Club” at Eden Roc Cap Cana (a Relais & Chateaux hotel). Beach club facilities include restaurants and bars ($), swimming pools, and a Blue Flag-certified beach with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and lifeguards. Consumption of food and beverages, gratuities, and the use of other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
