The main entrance has a smart lock, you will be provided with a personal code 24 hours before check-in to enter the villa.

Our administrative staff will be available to welcome guests upon arrival. In the event, that a reservation has not been made with sufficient advance notice, guests will be able to check in themselves.

Electricity costs are not included in the reservation fee. Upon arrival, guests receive a screenshot showing the current electricity balance, and a final balance is provided at departure. The rate is RD$30.00 or US$0.51 per kilowatt. Guests can settle this payment in cash to the Cahosol representative or through the Airbnb application upon departure.

Rules for the extra Services:

Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you need to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance to arrange this, as it is subject to availability. If you arrive after the established check-in hours, an additional fee of USD$20.00 will be charged.

Check-out time is from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on the day of your departure.
If this time is not respected, an additional charge of
USD$10.00 per hour will be charged.

Parties and events:

Parties and events are not allowed without prior authorization. Failure to comply will result in a fine of USD$500.00 and the possibility of canceling the reservation without the right to refund. If you want to hold a party or event, you must
contact the administrator at the time of making the reservation so that a request can be made. Once approved, the administrator will
contact you. If the party is in the common areas of the residence, this may generate an extra cost, which will be notified to you when we know
the type of party or event you wish to hold.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:


● Please take care of the property and its furnishings.

● Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

● Kindly ensure that you`re dry before entering the villa.

● Please handle the furniture with care.

● Kindly refrain from placing glasses directly on the table.

● For safety reasons, glass items are not allowed in the pool area.

● Please listen to music at a respectful volume.

● Parties are not allowed.

● Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

● Please ensure the safety and supervision of children at all times.

● The villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

● Kindly clean the grill after use.

● Please help keep the property tidy.


● Please take care of the gate opener remote during your stay. In the event it is lost, a $250 USD replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of a new remote.
