Gut: Komfort des Zimmers
It was my third time in Serenade PC, it‘s getting worse and worse. Sundbeds are dirty, people looking to find one with less dirt and replace from one to the other one. Last time they served drinks at the beach- Sunbeds, what they didn‘t this time (probably snother way to force People to Elite-Staus…).
In the room the cushion on the bench has that many dirt spots from all kind of…
First Pool (more quiet Zone) was last time open for everybody, now for „Elite menbers only“. As Expedia Gold member I have late check-out included. I asked for 2 hours later (2pm) and they let me know that I have to pay for it and grant me 1 hour. Change money for tip was 3 times not possible and I gave up, what is bad for the employees, because this way customers cannot tip the employees.
When checking in, the Expedia Gold Status vouchers were not available and I was asked to get back next morning and then to come again 4 hours later. I want to relax on vacation snd not run 3 times to bag for something what is part of my booking.
When raining, it is dangerous slippy on the floors in the lobby, just sign‘s „slippery when whet“ doesn‘t prevent that people get hurt. I have 3 times people seen falling badly.
5 Stars should provide something better…
