Located on a Third level (level 2 Europe). It consists of a kitchen, living room (with sofa bed). Dining room, terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer dryer and a private picuzzi.
The bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Smart television in the living room and master bedroom.
A kitchen with all the utensils and appliances necessary to prepare any dish.
In the social area it has a large swimming pool and a small pool for children, a BBQ area with tables and chairs where you can use them upon request.
You can move around the neighborhood calmly on foot, this is the area with the largest number of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, it also has some banks and small supermarkets no more than 550 meters away, the beach is only about 300 meters away. If you have a vehicle, we give you a parking control, if you have visitors, there is an outdoor parking lot that they can use.
We are in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after those times I only receive emergency calls or messages.
- ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on the use of each client during their stay. The approximate cost of energy is 20 Dominican Pesos per KW, you can pay in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (consider that we must add US$7.00 bank transaction to the initial amount when paying for Airbnb).

-US$100 for stays of 2 to 5 days
US$150 stays of 6 to 14 days
US$200 for stays of more than 3 weeks.
It must be paid upon arrival in Cash, via Airbnb or transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon departure after verifying that there are no damages to it.
