The Space:

Step inside this seasonal rental home and enjoy scenic views of a brackish canal directly on the property. Our home features 2 bedrooms along with 2 full sized bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has a King bed and bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and the family room has a separate bed.



The open kitchen is quite large and has a island with 3 bar stools and the dining set seats 4 and is just next to the kitchen. The family room has a wall mounted TV along with a futon and a sofa. Outdoors is a large deck that has a pellet grill for guests to use. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer that comes inside the home for guest use.



There is a large fish cleaning station next to the dock and a casual seating area next to the cleaning station. This is an ideal property for those looking for an affordable harbor and Gulf access home to spend the winter in SW Florida.



The home has a 10,000 pound boat lift that can be used during your stay for only an additional $500/month!

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.



This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
