     The 3 bedrooms in this home are comfortable and stylish, providing the perfect space to relax after your day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and lanai access.

One guest bedroom includes a queen bed, the other is another queen bed. The second bathroom is shared with both guest bedrooms.

     This home very strictly does not allow pets.  

     Dock/Boat Lift: Boat lift not for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie their boat to the dock.

     Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, and Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house.

     Garage- Guests are welcome to park a car in the garage. Remote is on the kitchen counter- must be returned or an additional fee will be charged to replace. 

No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

     Pool/Spa heat is an additional cost for per week or per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid.

     BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional cost fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

     Cameras: The driveway, doorbell, sides of house and boat lift/dock have cameras. Only the owner has access to these and no cameras are located inside the house or on the lanai/pool.
