We are located 300 meters from the free beach, on the southern coast of Sardinia, in a strategic point because it is between the beautiful capital Cagliari and the enchanting beaches of Villasimius. The 3 rooms are on the first floor of a beautiful villa, new, quiet and bright, furnished with fine artisan furniture, all with private bathroom inside the room (finished with Cerasarda ceramic), also equipped with hairdryer, courtesy set. Equipped with a double bed (two single beds if necessary), 2 can become triples. They are new, bright, silent, equipped with independent air conditioning, flat screen TV, wi fi internet, safe.
On the ground floor you will find a lovely patio with tables and chairs, where you can also have breakfast, and a nice shared room/kitchen, where there are: fridge/freezer, TV, coffee maker, cappuccino maker, toaster, kettle, microwave oven. There is no hob.
. Breakfast is sweet and savory, Italian and continental. Upon request made upon booking, gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast. You will regenerate yourself outside the chaos of the city.

Typically the tour organizer picks up the participants near the villa. New Tourist Infopoint 1 km away. Activities and excursions also departing from the marina of Marina di Capitana which is only 3 km away, or from Cagliari or Villasimius.
