So first up, this isn't a hotel. It's a room in a facility which gives the impression it may have been at one time student accommodation or something similar. Now admin to an airbnb room rental, hotel is stretching the description somewhat.
The room is clean, functional, bed is comfy, it had a kitchenette with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher(but no sink!) and it's reasonably well equipped. There is a separate shower room also as well as a decent amount of storage. The room is compact but liveable.
The "hotel" is in fact 2 corridors of about 10 rooms in a "facility" which is akin to some sort of ex-municipal building.. There are no staff, you get whatsapped a code to enter the facility as well as the room. We didn't see a member of staff at any point in the 3 days we stayed. Towels are provided (but not changed unless you email a request to do so).
Location is good. 20 minutes walk into old Quebec, supermarket and pharmacy opposite, free parking with about 20 spaces so enough for 1 car per room.
Overall it's ok for a room, but it's not a hotel and I would say it's expensive for what you get. But it's comfy, convenient and fine for short stays.
