The Space:

This contemporary home is thoughtfully designed with open-plan living and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing panoramic views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.





Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms (including a master with balcony access and views, plus a family-friendly twin room).

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and double vanities.

Living areas: A spacious lounge with fireplace, smart TV, and comfortable seating.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and all the essentials for dining at home.

Balcony: Relax outdoors with seating and dining space overlooking the lake and mountains.



The home is set over two levels with internal stairs.



BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed (can be split into 2 Single Sized Beds), located upstairs

Bedroom 2: 1 King Sized Bed (can be split into 2 Single Sized Beds), located downstairs

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Sized Beds (can be made as 1 King Sized Bed), located downstair



*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private use of the entire property, including the kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, balcony, and garage parking.

The home is set in Frankton, a convenient and scenic neighborhood of Queenstown. You’ll be close to the lakefront walking and cycling trails, shopping centres, restaurants, and the award-winning Remarkables Park Town Centre. The Remarkables Ski Area and Jack’s Point Golf Course are also just a short drive away.

Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.
