The Space:
Welcome to our cosy and inviting retreat, designed with an open plan and high ceilings in the living areas to create a comfortable and airy atmosphere. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace and breathtaking mountain views, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or hiking. Relax on the two comfy couches, enjoy a glass of exquisite local NZ wine, and watch your favourite shows on the internet-connected TV. The ever-changing colours of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets will captivate you.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, complemented by a lovely dining room table with gorgeous views.

The home boasts three very comfortable bedrooms, all adorned with high-quality bed linen, ensuring a restful stay. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub (downstairs) and another upstairs and both come equipped with towels and a hair dryer. This makes our home the perfect holiday retreat for families or three couples.

We offer high-speed fiber internet access to keep you connected, as well as a washing machine and dryer, along with an ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort, and there is parking space for two cars. Our home is also suitable for children.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties... and absolutely no glitter!

A maximum of 6 guests allowed. The person making the booking must be over the age of 25 unless you ask for our permission.

Bedroom 2: 1 King Size Bed than can be split into 2 Single Beds
Bedroom 3: 1 King Size Bed than can be split into 2 Single Beds

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Please note that we have a 3 day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas -New Year period.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
