Our architect's villa is quietly located in the pine forest 2 km from the beach and the golf course. This holiday home allows you to "live in the trees", our garden includes tall majestic pines. Feet in the sand, head in the trees... you can disconnect!


Welcome to the dacha! This villa is our second home, so it is not available all the time because our family stays there very regularly. Please also note that we accept "weekend" rentals (2 nights minimum) only outside the school holiday period. During school holidays rental 4 night minimum. Ideally the house is good for 6 adults or 2 adult couples and 4 children (beyond 6 people supplement of 19€ per person and per night). The capacity of 10 people is only possible with the sauna option which costs 50€ for 2 nights or 10€ per additional night.

The villa is made up of 2 parts: on the ground floor are the independent studio of 20m2 with a large sauna and a garage where bicycles are stored, while the living rooms are on the first floor. Access to the first floor is by a long ramp on the street side and by a staircase on the garden side (the slope of the ramp is steeper than that of the standards for "persons with reduced mobility" but it is nevertheless very practicable).

The house comprises upstairs:
- a large living room of 35 m2 with open kitchen opening onto the south-facing terrace of 24 m2
- a large bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and bathtub
- separate toilets
- the "birches" bedroom (master bedroom) with premium double bed 160 X 200, dresser for clothes, desk: 1 or 2 adults
- the "hawthorn" bedroom with double bed 140 X 190, wardrobe, shelves, desk: 1 or 2 adults
- the room "oyats" with 2 beds 90 X 190, a small desk, a sofa, a video projector: 2 children or adults (it's more like a children's room)
- the "sea buckthorn" bedroom with 2 beds 90 X 190, a sofa, a small desk: 2 children or adults
- free WIFI on site is included
- there is no TV but there is a video projector to show your films or DVDs ("oyats" room)
- the living room equipment includes: table for 6/8 people, maxi sofa, armchairs, quality hi-fi (CD player, tuner, vinyl turntable, smartphone jack), log and pellet stove, Yamaha digital piano, board games (scrabble, connect 4, chess, cards, UNO, jungle speed, dixit etc)
- the kitchen equipment includes: family fridge / freezer, dishwasher for 12 place settings, gas hob, hood, electric oven, 1.5 kg fryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine 10kg / 1400 rounds
- optional rental possible of the studio on the ground floor with private sauna for 6 people, equipped kitchen, shower, WC, and sofa bed for 2 people 160 X 200 ... ideal for disconnecting with family or friends (the studio is never rented alone, there will only be your group in the accommodation).
- free parking is always available on the street
- the equipment in the garage includes: children's and adult bicycles (sometimes "vintage" but functional), beach games (shovels, buckets, moulds)
- the garden is a bit "bohemian" (don't expect an English lawn ;-) but very pleasant, nature with tall pines, flat spaces with the sand of the dune, a very large outdoor wooden table with its two benches, a barbecue, a vegetable patch with strawberries and herbs, an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water, very practical after the beach). At the bottom of the garden is the beginning of the dune where is the wooded part with a hammock (great for a siesta in summer), a perched hut, but also the outdoor washing line. For very young children, if you want to prevent access to the cabin, just remove the ladder.

PLEASE NOTE that the house is ideally suited for one or two families (2 bedrooms with double beds for 2 couples and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each time). We ask for a supplement of 19€ per person and per night beyond 6 people. Parties and parties are strictly prohibited (if this is not respected we will immediately terminate the rental). This in order to be able to welcome you properly and to preserve the tranquility of our neighborhood that we appreciate!

New for 2023, your rental will be comfortable with top-of-the-range hotel quality bed linen and towels (+15€ per person for more than 4 people).

The household linen provided is composed of duvet cover, fitted sheets and pillowcases in 95 thread count cotton sateen, very soft to the touch, as you can find.
