I wanted to pick that house up and take it with me! GREAT space for multi-generation family gathering - really lovely. We especially liked having a master bedroom on the driveway level (great for grandparents) and another master bedroom on the top floor with 2 more bedrooms on the same level - perfect for the next 2 generations. Found some great restaurants nearby and it was close to the Aquatic Center, which was the reason for our trip. Couldn't be more pleased.

We absolutely love staying in this house! It is our second year of renting it. We loved it so much we decided to rent it again. The house is set up perfectly with separated living quarters for several people, and a huge living area for when we all wanted to get together. Wonderful neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. The check in process went smoothly as well. We love it.

Close to Lenovo center

Stayed 2 nights for concert/hockey game. Short 15-20 minute walk to Lenovo center. The house is very nice, super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay and will rent this house again next time we are in the Raleigh area. Way more comfortable than a hotel!

Wonderful stay - great home!

This home is well maintained, comfortable, and exactly as described. Two comfortable living rooms, excellent and clean bedrooms and baths - well appointed kitchen, and great layout for a group as large as our - 6 adults. We had a great stay, excellent communication with the host, and a painless experience. Would absolutely recommend and will look to stay again as the location is very convenient to the aquatic center where we come for swim meets multiple times a year.

Had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. House was spacious with plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. Lots of restaurants nearby and the house was super clean. We will definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful experience renting this house. Not only was the house clean, bright, beautifully furnished and appointed with everything we needed, but the owners were lovely and very accommodating! The neighborhood is up and coming

Great house !!

We rented this house for the NCSU graduation. It is newly renovated and very pretty. The house was fully stocked with entering we needed. Plenty of space for a family gathering. The owners were very communicative and great to work with. I would definitely recommend renting this house for a graduation over hotel rooms because it was nice to be able to gather and spend time all together as a family. This would also be a great house to rent if you need a place to stay for an NCSU football game or Hurricanes game.

Great Home for large groups

Ray was an awesome host. The home was large and accommodating for a large group with four bedrooms and 3 full baths. Everything was clean and included plenty of supplies for ease of cooking. The check in and check out process was seamless. I will look to book with Ray again next time I’m in Raleigh.

Christmas weekend

This property is comfortable and clean. We cooked Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners in the kitchen. The cooking utensils are poor quality but the cookware and dishware are above average for vrbos. The only other thing besides the cooking utensils I would change is the dining table. It only has 3 chairs and I think it is too small for a rental that sleeps 8. We had to bring 3 chairs in from the screened in porch to use for the 6 of us to dine together at the table. It was not ideal but worked out fine for our buffet dinners. Ray is a responsive host and has put much effort and thoughtfulness into this property. We enjoyed our stay and made good Christmas memories! We are glad we were able to celebrate together at this home.

Felt Like Home

Ray was an absolutely terrific host! He checked in with us daily. The house was absolutely stunning, clean and spacious. We were in town for WheelWOD Games, a fitness competition. Everything was just right for our stay.

Everyone loved the house and its amenities. The goal was to have a close walk to the NC State Fair, and it was so close. It made our fair experience that much better, because we didn't have to walk as far. The house was set up perfectly so we all had our separate space, but still could gather together at the end of the day. We are already planning on seeing if we can stay here next year for the fair everyone loved it so much!
