As soon as you walk into this beautiful downtown Penthouse you'll immediately be greeted by the warm beams of natural light that come in from the floor to ceiling windows inviting you to make yourself at home during your visit.
Opening the large balcony doors ( which leads to a Juliette balcony) is a delight because it's high enough where bugs and pollen won't be a much of a bother, and it's far enough from any other buildings so neighbors won't be looking in. BEDROOMS:
This open & airy space features soaring 12 ft ceilings, 2 large bedrooms each with ensuite access to their own full baths.

* The Main bedroom has a large king-size bed, a walk in closet and a roomy full bath with a luxe soaking tub and separate shower.

* The second bedroom has 2 full-sized beds, dedicated work space, large closet and access to a full bath which also can function as the guest bath as well.
