Pros: great location, spacious, updated kitchen, all rooms have overhead lightsCoffee filters and keurig pods providedCons: uncomfortable beds, no dining table, no regular chair for small desk, only one towel bar in one bathroom (other one was broken).Overall, the amenities could use an upgrade. The beds are single mattresses on bars - very bouncy, soft and creaky. I cannot imagine putting two people in the king bed. I am a small woman and even I sunk in too much. The showers are a bit run-down, and only one bedroom has a table to put things on (no dressers). Otherwise, there are small nightstands that will only hold a phone and glasses. There were also a few things that indicated a lack of attention to detail. Fan/light cords can only be reached by standing on a stool or the bed. The wifi equipment and cords were in a pile on the floor. The yard hadn't been mowed in weeks (and no one came by during my week stay), and shrubs were growing through the front porch railing encroaching on the seating area.I loved walking to campus and having a kitchen, but next time I may just stay at the AC Marriott.
