Very Nice Pet Friendly House.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the house. The house shows the typical wear of a rental home, but you can tell the owners are consistently updating the house to ensure its quality. As a pet friendly home, the fenced in backyard is great. There is a nice screened in patio to relax on while the dogs play in fenced backyard. The house is actually a 2 1/2 (not a 3 bath as listed) bath house which worked fine for us. We'd rent the house again if we are in the area.

Lovely home in a lovely location

The home was just what we needed. My friend is getting married and we had 8 ladies stay for one night. The beds are super comfortable and the location is close to so many things. The park across the street is also lovely. I definitely recommend this home!

Poor conditions and strong pet odor

About 20 minutes after our arrival, a pet odor began to overpower the smell of cleaning agents. As we explored the house, I noticed a concerning amount of drip stains covering the walls, and several stains covering both sofas. One sofa even had a quilted pet cover that concealed the largest stain. When we finally sat in our bedroom, we were greeted by a cockroach climbing on the wall above the master bed. Overall, the living conditions were poor. When I addressed my concerns with the owner, including the pet smell, he acknowledged some of the issues, stating, “There are some stains on the couch, there are some stains on the carpet, but nothing unsanitary, just normal use that no one else has brought to our attention in this way.” Additionally, he told us that he and his mother inspected the home and didn’t smell anything. He was adamant that there was no odor, despite him admitting to conducting ozone treatments for previous tenants, “which is what [they] do when guests smoke to clear any smell.” I was very disappointed in this property and the owner’s downplay of our complaints. We were disgusted with the conditions and only stayed for two hours, knowing that these issues could not be resolved with a quick fix (or ozone treatment) during our stay.

Comfortable 3 week stay

My husband and I stayed at this property for three weeks. We were working remotely. Our daughters also joined us for a week. The house was clean and comfortable. The mattresses were very nice. As we were living there for 3 weeks, I appreciated the nice cookware in the kitchen as we cooked most of our meals in the house. We intended to bring our dogs with us but ended up changing that plan. The fenced in back yard would have been perfect for the dogs, though. The house has definitely been lived in and has some wear, but overall, it was comfortable and provided us exactly what we were looking for. We also appreciated the use of the garage since we were there for so long. The location was great, close to several grocery stores and access to the interstate. You are a few houses from the fire house, so just realize you will hear lots of sirens during your stay. Communication was easy and the property owner responded promptly. Thank you for a nice stay!

Nice property

Stay overall went well. We were in town for graduation and per the website 15 guests are allowed. As such I reached out to the host to advise we would have about 20 people to learn it was at the discretion of the host. She mentioned having the police drop by every few hours to make sure the house was secure, and another deposit which was not mentioned on the site. We declined. Parking was an issue as the house is off the main road. The neighbors had their car parked in the driveway when I arrived, and moved it after I mention other cars would be arriving. Generally speaking there is extra supplies available to the guest, and information for Wi-Fi and password posted for ease of reference. After texting we received the password but had to figure out which was the Wi-Fi name for the house.
