It’s worth noting that the home shares one wall with a neighboring unit. While the space itself is expansive and private, we just ask that guests be mindful of noise during their stay so we can stay on great terms with our neighbors.

The Bedrooms

We know how important a good night’s sleep is, so we’ve invested in quality mattresses and cozy linens. Each bedroom includes a TV and plenty of clothing storage.



The Kitchen

Cook with ease in our fully stocked kitchen—perfect for home-cooked meals while on the road. We’ve included basics like oil, salt, pepper, and a few spices to get you started.



Coffee Station

Start your mornings right with our drip coffee maker and selection of teas. Want something fancier? Head across the street to the local coffee shop for a cold brew or latte.



The Living Area

Relax on a comfy sofa in front of the large-screen TV and gas fireplace. The big windows and sliding doors fill the space with natural light.



The Patio

Enjoy outdoor living on our spacious deck—complete with a gas fire pit, grill, picnic table, and string lights for a great day or evening vibe.



Exercise Room

We’ve converted the garage into a fitness space! You’ll find a big-screen TV, treadmill with a walking desk setup, elliptical machine, and stationary bike.



Game Room

One bedroom doubles as a fun zone with a Nintendo Wii and a foosball table—great for kids or the young at heart.



Amenities

We provide fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find a hair dryer, ironing board, and basic kitchen staples. We supply a propane tank for the fire pit and grill, but don’t monitor the levels—some guests pay it forward, others enjoy the benefit!



Location

We’re just off Six Forks Road, right across the street from a coffee shop and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes to North Hills, 15 minutes to downtown Raleigh and the Lenovo Center, and 20 minutes to RDU Airport.

Guest Access:

This listing has self check-in and check-out with electronic keypad deadbolts. Guests will have full access to the home, with the exception of a few locked closets used to store personal belongings and supplies.



The Neighborhood:

Located not far from North Hills and Downtown Raleigh, this area feels safe and offers walkable access to great local spots. Grab coffee, enjoy a meal out, or pick up fresh cuts from the butcher — all right across the street. With easy access to Falls of Neuse Road, exploring the city is a breeze.



Getting Around:

Raleigh doesn’t have extensive public transportation, but there’s easy bus access nearby on Falls of Neuse Road. If you’re without a vehicle, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available. One parking spot is available in the driveway, with additional free street parking nearby.
