🏡 The apartment, cozy and functional, offers a bright living room with a dining area and sofa bed, a comfortable double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower 🚿. Outside, a lovely private terrace 🌿 invites you to relax in the open air. Completing the offer is a convenient private parking space (dimensions 2.20 height by 2.20 width) 🚗, allowing you to experience Rapallo with total freedom and peace of mind.
