The Space:
4 BEDROOM + 3.5 BATHROOM

Lower Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is located on the bottom floor making it convenient for all ages. It has a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower, drawers for belongings, a closet, a smart TV, and access to the hot tub and back deck.

Upper Master Bedroom: This master bedroom is located on the upper level. It has a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a tub and shower for the ultimate getaway. Plenty of storage with a large closet and dresser for your belongings.

Upper Bunk Room: This bedroom is located on the upper level. It has a bunk bed with 2 twin beds and a twin trundle and shares the common bathroom. A large closet is available for storage. This room also includes an air mattress for extra sleeping space.

Upper Queen Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the upper level. It has a queen-sized bed and shares the common bathroom. Plenty of storage with a large closet and dresser for your belongings.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with the dishware and tools you need to prepare and enjoy meals with your friends and family. We also provide complimentary coffee, spices, and seasonings. Enjoy a meal at the dining table or hang out at the bar top just like at home!

LIVING AREA
Vaulted ceilings, large windows overlooking the large greenspace, Wifi, fireplace, washer/dryer, games, and books. Plenty of seating for all to enjoy and be comfortable. This space is large and will be the perfect spot to host.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy a patio with a BBQ, plenty of outdoor seating, a beautiful Golf Course View, a hot tub for 2-4, and many walking trails to meander on. Sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning watching wildlife or reading a book.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire interior of the home and one exterior storage area for any storage needs.

Getting Around:
You will need a car or could Uber- but please note that Ubers are not none to be in the area often.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy all of Central Oregon from the center of it all...Eagle Crest Resort! While the resort provides everything you'd need for a fun family vacation, all of the highlights of the area are within easy driving access: Redmond - 14 minutes, Sisters - 23 minutes, Bend - 28 minutes. If you are looking to get outside and adventure to some of Central Oregon's beautiful views: Smith Rock State Park - 28 minutes, High Desert Museum - 33 minutes, Hoodoo ski area/Suttle Lake day use - 40 minutes, Mt. Bachelor ski area - 56 minutes.

The home also comes with 6 guest passes to the resort facilities (indoor pool, outdoor pools in season, hot tubs, pickle ball, etc.) that are good for the duration of your stay, more are available to purchase from the sports complex desk for $25 per day.

The driveway can accommodate 1 vehicle. All trailers and recreational vehicles must have the approval of COVH before arrival.
