Wenn ich reise, dann bevorzuge ich in der Regel immer ein Four Seasons Resort. Das Hotel in Istanbul übertrifft in Punkten Service und Gastfreundschaft. Dem Gast wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Man hat schon fast das Gefühl, dass die Gedanken durch die Mitarbeiter gelesen werden. Somit kann ich bei sämtlichen Bewertungsskalen nur die Bestnote geben. DANKE.

We could not speak more highly of the hotel. Perfect in every way - rooms spotless, beds extremely comfortable, staff very attentive, food delicious, the pool area with view of the Bosphorus was sensational .

Really special

I took my mum for our first trip to Istanbul and I wanted us to stay somewhere special as a treat. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The location- on the water- is perfect for when you are spending time in the hotel. The pools are both a really good size and great for "proper" swimming. What really made it though were the staff: they are amazing. So helpful, friendly, kind and thoughtful. They really look after you and make you feel incredibly special. They are attentive and anticipate your needs well in advance. They were what made this hotel feel like great value, despite the cost. I have never experienced such great customer service, and if this is indicative of all four seasons hotels, I would stay with them in other cities too.
