Inside, the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen make family time truly special. Cuddle up on the oversized sofa while catching up on your favorite show, or prepare something delicious amongst the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the full kitchen. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
