The beach and boards are literally steps away. Stroll downtown to Rehoboth's famous casual and gourmet eateries and unique shops. You may also walk or hop on the Jolly Trolley to Dewey Beach to listen to some live music. NO Pets and NO Smoking. Guests pay a $800 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Note: Low Ceiling Height in 1st Fl of Front House, (due to 1928 construction). The cleaning fee is included in the rent for each stay of a week or more. Guests must purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000 in accidental damage or provide a refundable $2,000 security deposit.
