LIVING ROOM: Couch and Love Seat, Coffee Table, Armoire housing a 4K 43” HD TV, and BluRay DVD Player.

KITCHEN: All Brand New: Large French Door Refrigerator, GAS range with Double Oven, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dinnerware, Pots and Pans, and Blender. Large Island with 3 Counter Stools.

DINING AREA: Large table with seating for 8.

SUNROOM: Overflowing from the Living Room, this room is furnished with a loveseat, 2 chairs and coffee table. This room is able to be closed off from the LR and provides a nice retreat for after dinner conversation and cocktails.

MASTER #1 - Located on the main floor front, this bedroom comes with a Queen Bed (Sealy Firm), Dresser, Full Bath with tub, Walk-In Closet and 32” HD TV.

MASTER #2 -Located on the 2nd Floor in the front, this bedroom is equipped with a Queen Bed (Sealy Memory Foam), Dresser, Full Bath with Tub, Walk-In Closet and 32” HD TV.

2nd LIVING ROOM: Located on Second Floor, this large area is furnished with a couch, a 40” Samsung HD TV and DVD player. Just a nice area that serves as a second Living Room. Great space for the kids to hang out.

MASTER #3 - Located at the rear of the 2nd Floor, this bedroom is furnished with a Queen Bed (Sealy Plush), dresser, Walk-In Closet, Full Bathroom, 32” HD TV and your own large deck (15’ x 10’) overlooking the pond. A great place to unwind on the adirondack chairs, sipping on your cocktail and enjoying the beautiful sun set. It doesn’t get much better!

BUNK BED ROOM - Located on the 3rd Floor in the front, is furnished with twin bunk beds, Dresser and plenty of floor space for the kids to play.

MASTER #4 - Located at the rear of the 3rd floor, is equipped with a Queen Bed (Sealy Plush), Dresser, Walk-In Closet, Full Bath with tub and a 32” HD TV.

SIDE YARD: Located just off the Sunroom, is your brand new BBQ with additional space for the kids to play.
