Enjoy your stay in this lovely cottage in the beautiful "Pines", which is one of Rehoboth's most historic neighborhoods nestled between Henlopen Acres and Lake Gerar. A fantastic location, as the 4th home on the Ocean Block and just minutes to the beach. Away from the crowds, yet very close to downtown restaurants, shops, as well as the historic Art League and Cape Henlopen State Park. Only four streets from the north end of the boardwalk. Great NEW upgrades include a wonderful Split A/C and Heat System and a beautifully renovated high end bathroom. The large screened porch looks out to the back yard full of gorgeous hydrangea in the summer and is peaceful and private. This adorable one bedroom, one bath cottage sleeps 2 people and is considered "home away from home" for many long time tenants. This cottage is a perfect opportunity for guests to enjoy the best Rehoboth has to offer. No off-street parking, so the owner will supply one Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit with rental for non-metered street parking areas. Smart TV and Wireless Internet available. Dogs are considered with required pet fee, in the off-seasons only. (No cats please.) Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Sorry, no washer or dryer.
Owner provides a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker, freshly laundered bedding quilts, blankets and bathroom rug for each reservation. Paper products are included (paper towels, napkins, bathroom tissue). Guests pay a $100 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Guests required to purchase mid stay clean for stays 2 weeks or over.
Sheets and towels are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
