Guest Access:

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom unit, along with access to the spacious shared patio area for outdoor relaxation. Please note that the property features an open staircase to the bedroom, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or families with very young children. Parking is simple, with a compact spot available on-site and additional free street parking if you need more space. You’ll enjoy easy access with a personal code for the front door smart lock, so check-in is smooth and flexible without the need to coordinate keys.

Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops located within a short walking distance, providing convenient access to various parts of the city. For those arriving by air, the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Parking is easy; we offer a compact spot on-site, and ample free street parking is available if you need it. Whether you're planning a day trip to Lake Tahoe or exploring the local attractions, you'll find getting around from our location is simple and stress-free.

- Pet-friendly fenced patio please include pets in reservation

- Exterior security cameras for safety (no indoor cameras)

- Home includes smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm & fire extinguisher

- Self-check-in with smart keypad

No smoking is allowed inside the property

- Evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, burns) will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee

- A signed rental agreement is required after booking and prior to check-in.

- The courtyard gates do not fully shut, so please keep this in mind for pets

- Open staircase and layout may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues or very young children
