We have been notified of a new villa being built nearby by the owner of this villa. The site is screened and intermittent work may take place, we do not expect this to have an impact on the enjoyment of your holiday. Our local team will continue to monitor the area regularly and we will contact any customers where we feel their stay will be affected significantly.

Please note, the villa is located on a road with a slight incline. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 95cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 95cm wide. Outside, there are 2 steps to the pool area. The terrace is tiled and flat with a lawn area. This is a ground floor property. Both bedroom doors are 75cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 55cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 75cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 75cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool, or sit, walk, or stand on the infinity pool edge. Children must be supervised at all times.
