Stroll into Southwold's centre (0.5 miles) to discover a handful of restaurants, cafes and shops plus the historic Southwold Cannons, Southwold Pier (0.5 miles) and the tranquil harbour. Venture out into the surrounding Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to find numerous nature spots, like the Benacre National Nature Reserve (5.5 miles) and expansive sandy beaches – like Dunwich Beach (9 miles).
