Midtown Reykjavik is a self-check-in property and is proud to offer a variety of modern, bright, spacious rooms providing our guests with a private space for their comfort. Conveniently situated in the heart of Reykjavik, it is located on Laugavegur, Iceland’s most renowned shopping street, ensuring guests easy access to the city’s vibrant attractions and culture. The rooms in this category are located over a bar, where you can enjoy live music daily. The music will stop playing at 11PM.

The Space:
Commodious King Suite of 77m2 can fit 2 guests. Exquisite views over Reykjavík, Esja Mountain and Snæfellsjökull Glacier await the guests of King Suite. The Suite has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, utensils, hob, microwave and toaster, as well as an espresso machine. Tea and coffee are provided. A private bathroom is supplied with all necessities including towels and shampoo. Please note that a baby crib/extra child bed can be added upon request.

The Neighborhood:
Midtown Reykjavik is located in the heart of Reykjavik City at Vegamótastígur 9 from one side and Laugavegur on the other. Laugavegur is the main street of the city, no car is necessary to explore the sights nearby. Short walk to all restaurants, bars, cafés. Please note that parking in the downtown area is not for free, and please have a look at the parking signs.
The worth visiting locations:
- Hallgrimskirkja Church: one of the tallest structures in Iceland, the magnificent 74.5m high church is located in 550m.
- Harpa concert hall: the Crystalline façade inspired by Icelandic scenery is just in 700 m away.
- Sun Voyager, an ode to the Sun, the sculpture designed by Jón Gunnar Árnason can be visited in 1.2 km.
- The historical building, the Culture House is in 250 m.
- Reykjavik's oldest public baths in Iceland, Sundhöllin can be found in 800m .

Located in the heart of downtown, the building is surrounded by lively bars, restaurants, and nightly live music until 11pm from the bar in our building. There may be some nighttime noise, but it’s all part of Reykjavik’s vibrant atmosphere—perfect for those looking to join in the fun!
