Svala Apartments consists of eight beautiful apartments on 3 floors, located on Laugavegur, Reykjavík’s main shopping street. All the apartments are modern and have everything you might need to make your stay luxurious and comfortable.

The Space:
Svala Apartment’s two small studios are perfect for the demanding travellers. These beautiful and bright studio rooms feature a private entrance, a kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower. They are 25 square meters and sleep 2 persons each in a double bed. They are bright and have large windows with a view over Laugavegur shopping street. Bed linens and towels are included.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the main shopping street, the apartments are close by to every attraction of Downtown Reykjavik including the Rainbow street, the famous Hallgrímskirkja Church, not far from the Harbour.
