Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 135 m² house with swimming pool in Ribes which can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a lovely 36 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of over 1000 m².

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor
- A 36 m² living room with TV (DTT not available, DVD possible), sofa, etc.
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board. A swing, table tennis table and table football are also available in the accommodation.

Outside:
- A private, unheated 10mx4m swimming pool with alarm, open from mid-June to mid-October.
- A beautiful 1000 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Ribes, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park near the accommodation.

- Nearest airport: Nîmes Alès Camargue Cévennes airport 113 km away (about 2 hours by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are accepted for a supplement of 40 euros/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- All children bathing in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent.
- Swimming pool opening dates are not contractual.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
