Our guests have access to the Club House consisting of 2 social rooms, SPA room, game room, GYM and 5. Football Court, in addition to 2 pools for adults and 2 pools for children and in our social areas BBQ area for family barbecues.
Other things to note

Remember to make use of the air conditioners when all the doors and windows of the apartment are closed for a better cool environment, turn them off when leaving or make use of the fans.

We offer body towels, in case of damage or loss the guest will assume a cost of $40,000 per unit.

The guest can book and make use of the BBQ located in the common areas of the condominium, it costs $30,000 per way of toilet service, which must be canceled in advance at the reception.
If the BBQ is handed over in the same conditions of cleanliness that it was received, this payment must not be made.

Deposit the solid garbage and waste generated in your stay in the respective containers and containers such as the garbage shout, which is located on the left side of the vehicle entrance.

Parties in the apartment and high volumes of noise after 10 pm are prohibited.

The entry and use of all kinds of weapons in the condominium and in the apartment is prohibited.
