Enjoy your morning coffee in the hot tub while watching the boats go by. Sit up on the balcony with a book listening to the sound of waves in the background. This is, simply put, is a small piece of paradise.

This 3-bedroom rental sure won't disappoint! Directly on the water, a 15 minute drive from the Kouchibouguac National Park, 45 minutes to Moncton, the location is central to all sorts of attractions. A short drive will bring you to the best beaches in the country, and the Pays de la Sagouine is is a short 25 minute drive away.

On the main floor you will find the kitchen, dinning room, bathroom, and two bedrooms with queen beds and closets. Upstairs you will find the living room with large roku TV, coffee bar, locked supply closet, oversized balcony, and the third bedroom with a double bed. You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the supply closet and the garage.

Note that I also have the 2 bedroom property next door listed should you be a larger group.

While I do empty closets and dressers, please note that this is my home that I rent while away for work so there may be some personal effects in the house. Please treat my home with love and care.
