From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the home’s classic charm, with original wood floors and a layout that provides both togetherness and personal space. The cozy living room invites relaxation with a large sectional, Roku TV, and a shelf full of board games—perfect for family movie nights or low-key afternoons.

The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime easy, featuring granite counters, bar seating, all your cooking essentials (including kid-friendly dishware), and a dedicated coffee nook with complimentary beverages to start your day.

Each of the four bedrooms is set up to give everyone their own sense of space and comfort.

On the main level, you’ll find two queen bedrooms—one tucked privately off the living room, and another serene retreat near the hallway.

Upstairs, there’s a twin loft featuring two cozy twin beds, perfect for kids or extra guests, along with a spacious king bedroom complete with a walk-in closet. Every room includes a Roku TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and cozy touches like throw blankets and soft lighting to help everyone settle in.

The home includes two full bathrooms—one on each floor—stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and essentials.

The downstairs bath features a glass-partition tub/shower combo with a spa-like showerhead, while the upstairs bath offers a more traditional tub and privacy curtain.

The private, fully fenced backyard is one of the highlights of the home—thoughtfully designed with kids and dogs in mind.

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of two (2) locked hospitality closets which contain our cleaning and restocking supplies. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

SECURITY CAMERA NOTICE: For your awareness, exterior security camera(s) are in place and actively record the property`s exterior, public-facing areas at all times—including during reservations. Please note that there are no cameras located inside the home or in any private areas.

We do not provide laundry supplies.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
