The 1st floor is used for coworking on weekdays & the owner works from the 2nd floor.

The space

Designed to be a 24-hour space, guests can use the dedicated workspaces during the day, sleep comfortably in the Queen bed at night, and wake up refreshed to explore the city or get some work done. The house features the historic charm of a brick colonial with custom woodwork and modern updates with thoughtful design to encourage calming energy. Forget about your worries in this spacious and serene hidden gem.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire first floor and the second floor bedroom and bathroom. Guests are not permitted to enter the basement or the two locked rooms on the second floor.

Monday - Thursday, 10am - 6pm and Friday 10am - 3pm, the first floor is available as coworking and meeting space. Before you arrive, you will be alerted if any meetings are scheduled or if coworking guests will be on site during your stay.

Tuesday - Thursday, 10am - 6pm, and Friday 10am - 3pm the owner works from a second floor office.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night rentals are always private and you have the whole house to yourself.

The bedroom is locked to restrict access from the office and meeting spaces.

No pets are allowed and guests are not permitted to host dinners, events, or parties. No more than two guests may spend the night.

This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, anywhere in the back yard, or the front yard.
