Welcome to our charming and cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bath home in Richmond, VA 23234! Full of character, this peaceful retreat is tucked away by the woods, offering comfort and relaxation. Modern amenities make your stay easy and enjoyable, and dogs are welcome! Perfect for business or leisure, this home is your ideal home-away-from-home.
Step inside the front door and you`ll be greeted by a tastefully decorated and spacious living room thatâs perfect for relaxation, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, a dedicated workspace, ample and comfortable seating, as well as a large flat-screen Roku TV for your entertainment.
This main floor boasts two cozy bedrooms; one with a queen-sized bed with dresser and night-stand storage, and the other contains a twin over full bunk bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen Roku TVs.
Calling all billiards enthusiasts! The real showstopper of this house is the pool table, with pool balls and cue sticks provided.
Proceed upstairs for your breakfast, lunch and dinner needs. Our kitchen is equipped with a compact oven, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, compact fridge and freezer and other basic essentials, with plenty of cabinet and drawer space for kitchen gizmos and gadgets.
The upstairs living room is as comfy as your favorite pair of pajamas with a queen-sized pull-out couch, chairs, warm throw blankets, carpeted floors, a floating bar with seating for four, and a flat-screen Roku TV for your entertainment needs.
Upstairs, youâll also find the plush master bedroom, equipped with a queen-sized bed, dresser and night-stand storage, and a flat-screen Roku TV. All bedrooms include fresh linens.
Closest to the master bedroom is the recently renovated, well-lit and full-sized bathroom featuring a stand-up shower, fresh towels and basic toiletries.

Outside, you`ll find a lovely yard with tons of trees. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors. There is also a charcoal grill available for your use if you want to enjoy a barbecue cookout with friends and family.

There may be low-hanging branches and occasional muddy patches â especially during heavy downpours when the nearby creek can rise.
Motorcycles and low-clearance vehicles are not recommended for this drive.
Oversized vehicles may find it difficult to navigate the small concrete bridge that crosses the creek.
