Step into the living room, where youâll find a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps two), two additional lounge chairs, and a flat-screen Roku TVâa great space to unwind. The adjoining dining area offers seating for six with stylish lighting and French doors leading to the back patio, making indoor-outdoor dining seamless.
The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, and double-basin sink with a window overlook. Just off the kitchen, youâll find a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is a relaxing retreat with a king-size bed, ergonomic desk, Roku TV, ceiling fan, and a spacious ensuite bathroom featuring his and hers sinks, a large vanity, and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds, perfect for additional guests or family members. A full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo and ample storage serves these rooms.
On the lower level, a half bath provides added convenience for guests.

-We are pet friendly. However, we only accept dogs.
-Please dispose of all trash before departing.
-Please only place toilet paper in the toilet.
-Place all dirty linens in the dirty linen hampers.
-Please clean any dirty dishes before checking out.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
