Situated in the very center of Riga, you will be just a few steps away from the main historical attractions and the riverside. The apartment is located in a modern residential estate. The apartment has sleeping places for 2 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern building (2008), the interiors of the common halls are made in a classic style using marble. There is a lift and step-free access to the apartment.

The apartment has just been renovated and has all modern amenities. In the design of this apartment, we applied our experience gained over many years of accommodating guests, we tried to make the most comfortable apartment for a couple or a young family of 2 people both for short and long stays.
It is 30sqm. large, and has a separate storage room for your luggage and clothing, as well as a dedicated work desk.

Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
