VILLA MASSIMO - FLORENCE AREA
This lovely villa with a private swimming pool is part of a farmhouse that is situated in the Florence area of Tuscany. It lies in the Arno Valley within a short driving distance of Pontassieve (9 km), where you can find shops and restaurants, and 24 km from the art city Florence. It is also conveniently located for day trips to Lucca, Pisa, and Siena, as well as the beaches in Versilia, and the Pisa and Livorno coast.
Villa Massimo (160 sqm) is reached via a dirt road, which must be travelled carefully for the last 50 meters. The villa develops over two levels and the owner lives in an apartment downstairs, with its own entrance.
On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room (with sofas, dining table, a non-working fireplace, Wi-Fi), and a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 4 burners, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). Also on this level, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), one bathroom (with bath, basin, bidet, toilet) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).
On the first floor, you will find a study (with armchair, desk, Wi-Fi).
Outside, you will find a garden (800 sqm) featuring a private swimming pool exclusively for the use of guests (8m x 4m; depth 1.2m – 1.8m; open 6 May – 23 September), equipped outdoor dining areas (with tables), pizza oven and barbecue. Private parking is also available onsite.
