Ideal for families or large groups. Centrally located and within walking distance to Steps Beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and the marina. This home allows access to all the best that Rincon has to offer!

Enjoy tree-lit outdoor dining overlooking the saltwater pool and spacious backyard, or stroll to the beach to catch the best sunsets. You will find everything you need. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, dining table with seating for 12, two full-size washer/dryer units, a state of the art home water filtration system, 3 forms of internet service for uninterrupted use, full solar energy and unlimited backup water supply. Once outdoors, you will find a Weber grill; an outdoor shower, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, a surf board rack and yoga mats.

The house is on the main street so there is potential for noise.

Purple Palace is walking distance to Steps Beach, the Marina as well as restaurants and the downtown plaza.



Getting Around:

The property is in a walkable area, but having a rental car is highly recommended



Other Things to Note:

This property is located on the famous 413 Road to Happiness. You may hear road noise from time to time as well as local wildlife such as frogs, birds, and the occasional rooster.

There is a labeled owners closet in the lower area. Please do not try and access this closet.



Please rinse in the outdoor shower before entering the salt water pool



Pack & play, High Chair and baby gate are always located in this property for guest use.



We are located on the western point of the island.

We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.



To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.



Interaction with Guests:

I am available if needed, but like to give guests their space. I live a few streets away so reach out if needed.
