Villa Playa Oria is sure to please with its direct beachfront location and BRAND NEW building and facilities. We are located where Tres Palmas and Dogman's beach meet, a world class surf spot and marine reserve.

The house itself has a total of 6 spacious bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and a kitchenette, sleeping 16 guests. The main house is 5 bedrooms, each with its private bath and an additional 1.5 shared baths. The studio apartment is a stand alone structure and makes the 6th bedroom with a full bath and kitchenette, great for the "honeymoon suite".

Villa Playa Oria boasts a large infinity pool and hot tub (heated 4-7pm everyday, NO EXCEPTIONS) designed with you and your family in mind. Don't take our word for it, come escape into our reality.

We’ve rented several homes over the years in various locations and this one beats them all. The functionality of the home/yard/beach was unbeatable. We had a large party with several kids and everyone agreed that it was the best set up we’ve ever had. The air conditioning worked superb, the patio area with pool was always in use and the view was amazing. We all agreed that we really didn’t need to leave the property. Walking along the beach right outside the house was outstanding. Loved that it had some shade. Although it’s not conducive for swimming it was only a short drive to beautiful swimming beaches. Erica and Ryan addressed our questions within minutes and were so pleasant. Definitely will return!!

Great family vacation house

Three generations stayed here together and we all had a fabulous time. There was plenty of space for us to eat together (12 people) or have some quieter time away from the group as bedrooms were spread out and quiet. We appreciated multiple refrigerators and the well equipped kitchen. The hot tub and pool were a favorite and we spent time enjoying it daily. Washer and dryer were a plus.

Private Oasis

Rincon is a surfing town that thrives during the winter months, yet is quaint and secluded during the summer. We had privacy, no wait times for restaurants (show up at 5 to Bakku), and plenty of excursions to choose from (lots of water choices locally; sail with Katarina). Villa Playa Oria is a gorgeous waterfront estate that caters to groups or families alike. The hosts (Ryan and Ericka) were tremendous... available, text friendly, and totally responsive to questions. The room AC units worked great and the accordion doors allowed for air flow in the main family room. From the pool to the beach and Caribbean in the backyard, this oasis demands deserved relaxation.

Great Stay

What a pleasure

We just got back from our 2024 spring break and this property did not disappoint! The layout of the house worked so well for our group of 10. Everyone was able to have enough space, but also gathered most nights for dinner. The sunsets are breathtaking and pictures don't do them justice. We were able to watch surfers most days from the property. We also really enjoyed exploring the area beaches, restaurants, fishing charters, and surfing lessons too. There is so much this property has to offer, plus the property managers were always available which made us feel safe and taken care of. Thank you for these unforgettable memories,

Vacation Bliss

Our stay at Villa Playa Oria was everything we hoped for! The house is beautiful and comfortable. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of space for us all. The AC units in each bedroom gave everyone the ability to cool off their room to a temperature just right for them. My husband and I actually chose to turn off the AC a few nights and leave the window open so that we could hear the sound of the waves crashing, which was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking at home. Two living rooms with TVs and a few board games to choose from also offered some entertainment (Although I didn't watch TV once the whole week!) But to me, nothing beat the backyard with its patio, pool, hot tub, hammocks and of course the views! We all loved relaxing in lounge chairs, floating in the pool, swinging in the hammocks, and sitting on the beach right in front of the house watching the surfers and the beautiful sunsets! Although the beach right in front of the house was too rocky to swim in, we loved the location! It was just a short drive or walk to swimmable beaches as well as shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the lighthouse. Ryan was a great host to work with, and any questions I had were always answered in a timely fashion. We can't wait to go back to Villa Playa Oria!

Spectacular Stay!

There’s everything to love about this property. Comfortable, clean, spacious, and beautiful, Villa Playa Orio delivered on everything promised. Our group of 10 adults abd 8 kids ranging from ages 12-17 had plenty of room to enjoy family style meals, swim, and sun. Hosts Erica and Ryan were very responsive to any questions and concerns. Happened to meet the lovely owners and appreciate they’re Jersey Strong! Only recommendations are to fix the couple of burners on the stove and grill and to provide extra towels and chairs for the beach. Cannot wait to come back!!!!

Beautiful Place!

Loved the location and the ocean view was amazing! We spent a week at Villa Playa Oria and enjoyed every minute of it!! The house was very accommodating for our group of 10. Loved the way the house opened up downstairs to be indoor/outdoor. Pool/hot tub was enjoyed by all. Vacation with Family and Friends

This is a beautiful property for large groups and a great location. The property was clean and spacious with amazing views of the ocean. We had some issues with the grill, but the property manager resolved this fairly quickly. Unfortunately, we didn't have any waves to surf, but we made the best of it by snorkeling, hiking and taking a day trip to Gozalandia Waterfalls. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Amazing beach house

Had a family vacation at the beach. The house was great, large enough so everyone had their own space when needed. Great gathering areas. Well stocked. Pool was even larger than expected, beautiful, well kept grounds. Beach was very accessible and the kids enjoyed searching for hermit crabs and other marine animals. Host was very accommodating and responsive with every communication! We had a great time.

Family vacation 2023

Superb! Location was picture book perfect!! Loved way house opened up to be indoor/outdoor downstairs. Pool/hot tub enjoyed by all but especially by 2 little boys that had a blast! Lay out of living / bedroom space upstairs was wonderful! Fantastic time had by all 15 of us! Enjoyed Rincon! Snorkeling was very good right out front of house.

Dream Vacation

We spent a week at Villa Playa Oria and have nothing but great things to say about this home. Communication with Super host Ryan and Erica before check in set the mood for their professionalism. The home if you can imagine was more beautiful than the pictures, it was everything we hoped it will be, the children and adults were in awe when we first walk in. The house was well equiped with everything we needed. The abudance of bathrooms was a plus, pool area, outdoor dining patio, upstairs patio all well furnished. Plenty of beach towels, pool floaties, and availabilty of washer and dryer made the week a breeze. The proximity to the beach was lovely, walks in the morning and evening were special. Rinco is a beautiful town, with lots to do and accessiblity to travel to other towns to explore Puerto Rico. Everyone is already asking when we will be back. I will definitely book again. Thank you Ryan and Erica for all your help and availability. This home did not dissapoint and memories here will be treasured.

The beach is nicer then it looks in the pictures

Bedrooms and showers are fantastic. The main living room opens up completely to the pool area this great in the morning and nights but does get hot mid day. We tended to retreat to the upstairs living room or pool around noon. The beach is larger then the pictures show and its shaded by trees which is really nice. The beaches in the area are more suited for snorkeling then swiming there is actually a bit of coral within swimming distance which is pretty cool. Could use better access to the beach though the stairs down are pretty rough and dificult to use.
