NOTE: Access to this accommodation is only via stairs.



NOTE: The balcony also serves as access to the other rooms of the house. For this reason, we kindly ask that it not be used for storing dirty clothes on the floor, nor for hanging clothes on the railing, thus ensuring organization, proper circulation and preservation of the space.



Located in a quiet area surrounded by nature, the house offers the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. You'll be just minutes from great restaurants, bars, markets, and other local amenities.



To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:



The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.



No noise is allowed after 10 p.m. (Noise Law).



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.



When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the landlord deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM. If you'd like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we offer one set of bed linens per bed and one set of towels per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes are available for a fee. Please be careful with items that could cause damage, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
