Villa Meraviglia is set above the bay of Nisporto on the unspoilt north-eastern coast of Elba, just 300 metres from the beach. Surrounded by pine trees, this independent villa offers sweeping sea views, a large terrace and a heated six-seater hydromassage tub. Recently renovated, the two-storey villa features clean lines, contemporary furnishings, marble grit floors and air-conditioned bedrooms. A pergola houses an outdoor kitchen and sea-facing lounge, ideal for summer living. Guests can walk to the beach for swimming, snorkelling and seaside dining, while Rio Nell’Elba, Portoferraio and hiking trails are all within easy reach. Nisporto is a peaceful, scenic setting for those seeking relaxation close to nature.

Interior:
The villa is approximately 200 sq m and is arranged over two floors, connected by internal and external stairs. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance from the panoramic terrace; open-plan living area with dining table, kitchen and lounge; double bedroom; bathroom with shower; stairs to upper floor. FIRST FLOOR – Hallway with secondary entrance; two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with tub (one with sea-view balcony); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the same balcony. First floor bedrooms have Smart TVs. All fireplaces are ornamental. Air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor and in the living room.

Park:
L’area esterna, parzialmente recintata, si sviluppa su un terreno terrazzato di circa 3000 mq, piantumato con pini marittimi, cipressi e arbusti mediterranei. Una terrazza pavimentata di 650 mq si affaccia sul mare ed è arredata con lettini prendisole, ombrellone, tavolo da pranzo e due pergolati. Un pergolato di 50 mq ospita una cucina esterna con vista mare, dotata di barbecue in muratura, lavello, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e zona lounge. Il secondo pergolato, di 20 mq, comprende una zona pranzo e la vasca idromassaggio riscaldabile con depurazione a cloro e doccia in pietra adiacente. Una seconda doccia esterna con acqua calda si trova vicino alla terrazza principale. La lavanderia è situata tra l’ingresso e l’area idromassaggio. Il parcheggio può ospitare fino a quattro auto. L’accesso avviene tramite un vialetto asfaltato e ripido di circa 300 metri.
