The Tree Lodge features a fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, making it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay. A cool box is provided to keep food and drinks fresh, while a rustic kitchen sink with running water adds practical comfort whilst remaining close to nature.

Dining

A cosy, dedicated dining area within the open‑plan space offers an intimate setting for breakfast, lunch, or a glass of wine among the treetops. A picnic table also offers the options for al fresco dining during the warmer months.

With miles of woodland trails, open parkland, and dedicated estate walks, The Tree Lodge is an ideal retreat for guests travelling with their four‑legged companions. Dogs are also welcome in the Terrace Restaurant at the Swinton Estate hotel and Swinton Bivouac Café.

Guests of the Tree Lodges are welcome to unwind in the Residents’ Lounge, a cosy indoor space offering complimentary tea and coffee, along with electric charging points to help you relax and recharge.

You can also enjoy the nearby Bivouac Café, with its locally sourced menu, making it ideal for a light lunch, an evening meal, or a well‑earned coffee and cake after a countryside walk. Families are well catered for, with a ground‑floor family room filled with toys and games, as well as outdoor play equipment including swings and a toddler climbing frame.
