When you book Blue Ridge Farm, you are reserving the accommodations and exclusive use of the property as your event setting. You are booking two houses on the same property for a total of 7 bedrooms.

This gives you the flexibility to design your event your way. We’re happy to connect you with trusted local vendors for tents, tables, restrooms, and other event essentials to help bring your vision to life.



A one-time, non-refundable event deposit is required to secure your date. Before booking, we require an in-person visit to the property so you can confirm the space works for your event — the deposit is collected at that time.
