Located in Lawson Rock in the residential Marina section, this guest home enjoys a view of the sea and the wonderful breezes that one expects in a beach area.
The home is ready for 4 with 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite. The larger bedroom has a King size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen size. The bedrooms have air conditioning to make the evening rest comfortable if the temperature is to warm for you. The second bathroom houses a full-size stacking washer & dryer. The full kitchen includes a large fridge, induction stovetop, dishwasher, blender, coffeepot, kettle, toaster, and microwave. A Barbecue is ready for use. In the garden is an array of flowering and fruit bearing trees and plants including limes, mangoes, banana, peppers, fresh mint and basil.
Within Lawson getting in the water is easy. Snorkeling is steps away. Guests at Lawson Rock have access to 3 swimming pools, the gym, the kayaks, the marina & snorkeling dock and the star-gazing dock. Both docks are great locations to take in the sunset. If you are lucky, you may see the green flash as the sun finally disappears from the horizon. There is one restaurant inside Lawson that currently serves breakfast and lunch. Lawson is a small secure gated community.
There are many restaurants and shops within a short drive. Although Lawson’s Beach area is quiet, there is a fun day destination beach with bars and restaurants (Live Music sometimes) a walk to the east. West End with lots of nightlife and West Bay with big beaches are a short drive away. The Island offers many different cuisines, ranging from a simple meal on the beach to an extravagant dinner under the stars. The Island is on the Beerier reef and many dive shops are available. If you are taking in a beach day away from Lawson, Be sure to take your snorkel equipment as snorkeling can be done almost anywhere.
Some of the popular attractions nearby are:
-Parks and locations that offer direct encounters with monkeys, macaws, dolphins etc.
-locally crafted breweries, coffee, chocolate, ice-cream,
-Zipline, water sports
Feel free to jump online to check out the many activities that are available. At the end of the day, you will be able to return to the rental and spend the evening relaxing.

Très confortable et bien équipé :) Avec la location de voiture nous étions très près des endroits plus touristiques comme West Bay et West End. Les hôtes répondaient très rapidement à toute nos questions. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Convenient peaceful place to stay while in Roatan !

Two of us really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a nice gated area of Roatan very close to the water with beautiful plants and grounds around you. Area was very secure and was convenient to most things. Owners live close by and were more than helpful in making sure your stay was an exceptional one. We stayed there for 9 days and would absolutely stay there again without hesitation. Thank you again!

Very Good Rental!

The guesthouse was very clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet. The beach and grounds are beautiful and quiet. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend a car rental because of it's location. I would recommend this rental if you you looking to get away and relax.

Our new must-stay location in Roatan!

What a great location! A two minute walk to the beach, then another couple minutes walk to snorkel off the dock. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed heading to West End and West Bay for nightlife and then retreating back to this beautiful, quiet gated community. The condo is lovely, well-stocked, clean and comfortable. The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in - even reverse osmosis water tap at the kitchen sink. The full washer/dryer was so convenient. Great air flow with 270° sliding doors in the kitchen/front room and super efficient A/C units in the bedrooms. If this rental is available, snap it up! You won't be disappointed.

Lovely stay in Lawson Rock

I went to snorkel and did so daily. It’s a bit of a walk to where one enters the water, past the security checkpoint which is manned by courteous friendly staff. The rental home is essentially new, well equipped and comfortable, once the AC catches up to the heat of the day. Hosts are most gracious and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make their guest feel welcome. I tried to visit the cafe/deli in the condo section of LR but it was not open during their advertised hours of operation either morning that I was there. I hope to visit this place again.

Wonderful stay!!!

We came to Roatan for our 35th anniversary and loved our home away from home here! Margot thought of everything when she listed this property. The rental was extremely clean, had all modern appliances, hot shower, the decor was lovely, air conditioning worked great in the bedrooms (which was important because our stay that week was extremely hot). Steve gave us snorkel gear to use while we were there. There is security at the entrance of this community so we felt very safe. Steve & Margot were wonderful to deal with and so accommodating! We highly recommend this rental! You won’t be disappointed.
