-Please note: There is one friendly, spayed and vaccinated dog on the property, as well as two neutered cats who live the island life.

Luggage Transport Service 🧳
For your convenience, we offer a round-trip luggage transport service for an additional cost. Our driver will ensure that your belongings are safely transported to the property upon arrival and back to the airport or port at the end of your stay. He can also serve as your guide to help you navigate the way to the house, making your arrival even easier.

* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.
NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.

*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.
*Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.

*In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.

* Your pet is also welcome! This is a pet friendly property. A non-refundable fee of $150 is applied and you must read and agree the One Stop Roatan Pet Policy, please ask us about it.
