300 Steps is designed for relaxed group holidays, offering plenty of space, flexible living arrangements, and easy access to the beach. With accommodation for up to 14 guests, it is well suited to extended families or multiple families travelling together.

The home features two separate kitchen spaces, making it easy to cater for larger groups. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped, while the downstairs kitchenette provides additional convenience. An Aldi coffee pod machine is also provided (guests to bring their own Aldi pods).

There are two bathrooms, including a main bathroom with a bath—ideal for families after a day at the beach.

Living and entertaining spaces are generous, with a large outdoor deck perfect for BBQs, shared meals, and relaxing in the coastal air. An enclosed yard provides a secure space for children and pets, however guests remain responsible for ensuring pets are appropriately supervised and restrained at all times.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15 per bed, top bunks excluded). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
